Ella Helped Me Find My Voice

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars

I never thought I’d be able to sing beyond my shower walls, but Ella Cole School of Voice changed everything for me. After years of being told to “just mouth the words” in choir and feeling self-conscious about my voice, I decided to take the plunge and invest in myself.

From the moment I walked into the studio, the environment was welcoming and judgment-free. Ella has this remarkable ability to make you feel at ease while pushing you beyond your comfort zone. Her technical expertise is impressive, but what truly sets her apart is her patience and ability to tailor lessons to each student’s unique needs.

Through carefully structured exercises and personalized feedback, Ella helped me find my voice – both literally and figuratively. She taught me proper breathing techniques, helped me understand my vocal range, and showed me how to protect and care for my voice. What started as basic scales and warm-ups gradually evolved into working on actual songs I’d always dreamed of performing. Ella sends you home with detailed notes and practice exercises, making it easy to maintain consistency between lessons.

After six months of training, I was able to perform at my work showcase – something I never imagined possible. The confidence I’ve gained extends beyond singing; it has positively impacted my professional presentations and public speaking as well.

Whether you’re a complete beginner like I was or looking to refine your existing skills, I cannot recommend Ella Cole School of Voice highly enough. The investment in these lessons has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my personal growth.

Tip: Book well in advance – her schedule fills up quickly, and for good reason!

I found my vibrato

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars

OMG, finding Ella Cole School of Voice was literally life-changing! I’ve been singing since forever, but I always felt like something was missing in my voice. My choir teacher suggested taking private lessons, and after researching local vocal coaches, I found Ella.

The first lesson, she immediately identified what was holding me back. I was so tense and overthinking everything! Ella taught me these amazing exercises that helped me relax and just let my voice flow naturally. That’s when something magical happened – I found my vibrato! It wasn’t forced or fake; it just appeared one day during our lessons, and I literally started crying (so embarrassing, but Ella was so sweet about it!).

The studio has this super professional vibe, but it’s also really chill. Ella records our sessions so I can practice at home, and she creates these awesome warmup playlists that are perfect for my voice. She even helped me prepare for my school musical audition, and guess what? I got the lead role!

What I love most is how Ella doesn’t try to make everyone sound the same. She helped me develop MY voice, not someone else’s. We work on songs that I actually want to sing (including some of my favorite Taylor Swift tracks!), but she also introduces me to different styles to expand my range.

The best part? My parents noticed the difference in my singing after just a few months. My mom actually got teary-eyed when she heard me practicing the other day (parents, am I right? 😊). Now I’m working on my college audition pieces, and I feel so much more confident about my future in music.

If you’re thinking about voice lessons, especially if you’re a teen singer, you HAVE to check out Ella Cole School of Voice. Just be ready to work hard – but trust me, the results are totally worth it!

What impressed me the most was Ella’s ability to build confidence naturally in a virtual environment.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars

As a father, watching your child’s passion bloom is priceless. My daughter Sophie started virtual lessons with Ella at age 6, and the transformation has been remarkable. She’d always sing around the house, but she was painfully shy about performing in front of others.

Ella has this magical way with children, even through the screen. She turned technical vocal exercises into fun games, making each online lesson an adventure Sophie looks forward to. The “rainbow scales” and “butterfly breathing” exercises became part of our daily routine, with Sophie eagerly teaching them to her stuffed animals.

What impressed me most was Ella’s ability to build confidence naturally in a virtual setting. She created a comfortable environment where my daughter felt safe making mistakes and trying new things. After three months, Sophie volunteered to sing at her school’s talent show – something she would have never done before.

The virtual format works wonderfully for us. Ella sends practice tracks and lesson recordings through her online portal, which Sophie plays constantly in the car (yes, I know every Disney song by heart now!). The technology is seamless, and Ella makes sure every minute of the lesson is engaging and productive.

During the recent virtual winter recital, watching my little girl confidently perform from our living room brought tears to my eyes. She’s not just learning to sing; she’s learning to believe in herself. The joy on her face when she masters a new song or hits a challenging note is worth every penny.

For parents considering online vocal lessons for young children, I can’t recommend Ella Cole School of Voice highly enough. She understands that teaching a child to sing isn’t just about vocal technique – it’s about nurturing their spirit and self-expression.

Pro tip: Ask about the monthly parent updates. Ella’s progress reports help us understand how to best support our little singers at home.
